I've mainly been focusing on my dissertation, which is going OK..nearly 3 weeks to go - I have a lot of work to do. I've given it a make over, although I have not been able to completely change it given the time, nor make it link to my practical, seeing as I'm still not sure what exactly that's going to be.............
Currently I am working around the title "Can Illustration find it's place in the art world". It's half way done, but I just wish I could get it finished asap so that I can focus on getting this lot sorted.
I also need to come up with something to put in my PPF that will put me on the right track for the next module...I'm so strapped for time, I'm not sure how I'm going to do it; that last concept panel really threw a spanner in the works.

I've had a couple of ideas, but nothing that I feel I can really run with, and the fact that I haven't got much time is just making it worse, add to that I'm constantly thinking about what was said at the concept panel, which is just making me doubt everything I do.
I've decided to start again (well, not completely) but I think a new idea and focus is the way forward.

One of my main interests, as you've probably gathered by now is animals, conservation, prevention of cruelty (yadda yadda yadda) I read this article on the Independent, about the #tigerselfie; people going to places (such as Thailand) to get a nice photo with some animal for their social media profiles..but this is actually keeping going of the places that don't look after their animals right; the animals are often kept in poor conditions.
with this I was thinking about creating a set of images to raise awareness that would be part of an internet campaign.
Not sure about it, at all. could work..but am just not sue if it's enough. especially when my game plan right now is to come up with something for my PPF that's fairly open to interpretation...

From all of the thing around British wildlife I had looked at before, I had this idea, of a series of small short stories aimed at raising awareness of issues facing brittish wild life. I wanted to to do a set of three "Mrs. Urban Fox", "The culling of Mr. Badger"..and I have yet to think of the last one, but I've thought about, rats, red squirrels...grey squirrel, hedgehogs..magpies (my neighbour throws rocks at them because she doesn't want them on her bird feeder; this isn't an idea, she genuinely does...????) I kind of want them to be able to be read to children, with nice illustrations that appeal to them, but I also want it to be on a level with adults (Toy story).
This could work, I think it's one of my most promising ideas..but I thought that about the whole sign post idea, so what do I know?
